The grave has a name tag...the little black dots are where I'd stuck some holy medals and a little wooden cross. I assume the caretaker removed them. Regulations? Though I did see a little Father Christmas and an angel on two other graves.
...I have to start thinking about a burial Plaque.
More realistically.... it has to have room for the names of three people also.
I'm thinking about adding an engraving of rosary beads. Sue and I religiously prayed the Rosary every day and she would remind me if the day was getting late.
An Epitaph is a tough one. I'll have to chew on that.
"Softly, softly catchee monkey" used to amuse her and she had an amusing reply. No,
I will not rush it. I've been visiting some local stone masons web sites. Some suggest leaving it for about a year, and many of the graves up to two years old don't have any plaques yet.
Maybe my epitaph could be:
"Have fun boys but don't sin"
The rosary beads etching is a good idea. Something personal and meaningful to you and something that you shared.

Yeah, I like that idea.
